VITO evaluates the technical and economic feasibility of each scenario. In doing so, we consider all fixed and variable costs and anticipate evolutions in the cost price of water or potential changes to legislation.
Selecting the right technology
The most suitable purification process is determined by the origin of the feed water and the requirements of the purified water for your process. In doing so, VITO takes into consideration physicochemical and biological parameters. We select the most suitable process via lab experiments. Once the technology has been selected, we determine the optimum operating parameters via a pilot installation. This pilot operates under realistic conditions within your company. Our process engineers manage these on-line and from a remote location.
Selecting the best suppliers
For full scale implementation, VITO offers independent advice in selecting your suppliers. We analyse the various offers and calculate the 'total cost of ownership’ for each proposal. Amongst other things, we consider energy consumption and maintenance costs of the various systems.
Should you so desire we can also take care of implementation. VITO coordinates the entire project and works closely with the suppliers and manufacturers you have selected. We guide you through the entire process, until purification is fully operational.
