LIMBURG TO BECOME CLIMATE NEUTRAL

Limburg is taking the lead in the fight against global warming. The province intends to be climate neutral – the first in Europe – by 2020. A consortium led by VITO and Arcadis Belgium conducted a zero measurement  and developed various scenarios to make the province climate neutral. Inspired by the results of the study, Limburg is addressing the challenge and launching its first concrete actions.
