Calculate costs and effects of your own water policy scenarios
The Environmental costing model is an instrument set up to support policy makers in developing the next generation river basin management plans as required by the European Water Framework Directive. Users are capable to gather information on status (quality), pressures (emissions per sector) and measures (costs and effects) and this for different scales and areas. Users are also capable to compose their own scenarios and start simulations on impact on pressures, state, cost effectiveness and the disproportionate cost assessment.
