Clean vehicle research
The CLEVER project examined various aspects of clean vehicles, including life cycle assessment (LCA) and life cycle cost. VITO studied the best mix of policies in order to stimulate the transition to a greener fleet. This was the result of several round table meetings organised with Belgian stakeholders. Subsequently, VITO began investigating the effect on fleet composition and continued with modelling impacts on the environment.
